Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, warehouse, finance) to align sales orders with availability and delivery timelines.
- Generate sales reports, analyze trends, and support forecasting.
- Handle after-sales support, including issue resolution and relationship management.
- Manage the full import cycle: sourcing, purchase orders, shipping documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Prepare and verify import documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Liaise with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations, tariffs, trade laws, and company policies.
- Track shipments, resolve delays or discrepancies, and manage inventory updates upon receipt.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, terms, and lead times to optimize costs.
- Monitor import costs, duties, and logistics expenses; identify savings opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
