Role Overview
We are looking for a SitecoreAI Developer to support digital experience, personalization, content intelligence, and AI driven customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience with Sitecore platform development and a strong understanding of how AI capabilities can be applied within digital experience platforms.
The role will involve working with business, marketing, architecture, and engineering teams to build and enhance Sitecore based solutions, integrate AI capabilities, improve personalization, and support content operations across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore based digital experience solutions.
Work on SitecoreAI capabilities related to personalization, content recommendations, customer journey optimization, and marketing automation.
Integrate Sitecore with enterprise systems such as CRM, CDP, DAM, analytics, ecommerce, and third party APIs.
Support migration, upgrade, and modernization initiatives across Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, and SitecoreAI environments.
Build reusable components, templates, layouts, workflows, and content models.
Collaborate with UX, content, marketing, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Sitecore solutions.
Support AI driven use cases such as content optimization, customer segmentation, search relevance, personalization, and campaign performance improvement.
Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, scalability, accessibility, and governance.
Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and deployment planning.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Sitecore development.
Experience with Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, Sitecore Headless, or Sitecore Personalize.
Good understanding of SitecoreAI or AI enabled digital experience capabilities.
Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, APIs, and modern web development.
Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience integrating Sitecore with third party systems and APIs.
Understanding of personalization, content management, customer journeys, marketing automation, and analytics.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Sitecore Managed Cloud.
Pay: ₹45.00 - ₹65.00 per hour
