Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain operational records, and ensure smooth workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor operational activities and prepare reports.
- Maintain documentation and process records.
- Track operational performance metrics.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate operational activities.
- Resolve routine operational issues by collaborating with relevant teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
