Support Distributor Sales and Application force performance together with the Regional Director in his / her territory.
Support and advise surgeons on the use of our products; Participate to Key account surgeries as defined by Regional Director.
Establish, develop and maintain KOL relationships within the territory.
Realize set sales budget by managing/expanding sales contacts, following-up quotations, special requests and tenders.
Report regularly on activities and performances.
Gather, analyze and share all relevant information on markets development, competition, customers and products in his/her territory.
Identify risk/opportunities in the market and propose /execute strategies and action plans to manage them.
Prepare, attend and follow up on key congresses.
Ensure that all DORC activities are in compliance with local legislation.
Ensure distributor compliance with the: - distributor guidelines and general conduct requirements - product knowledge, marketing initiatives and product launches - application support and after sales services processes
Assist with Regulatory Affairs product registrations, product reporting or recall activities.

Understand OR Protocol/Surgical Health and Safety Guidelines/Procedures
Understand and able to demonstrate all DORC products in OR, training, co-visit, and in congress.
Native local and excellent English language skills (required
