- Quality & Compliance: Partner with QA teams to verify vendors meet all regulatory and artwork standards.
RM & PM Purchase Manager Responsibilities
- Material Receiving: Unload deliveries and check them against POs and vendor invoices.
- Proper Storage: Store materials in controlled areas. Keep exact records of temperature and humidity.
- Smart Issuing: Give materials to production using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methods.
- Inventory Control: Prevent stockouts by counting physical items and comparing them to system numbers.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain a clean store (5S standards) and keep all paper or software records ready for government inspections at all tim
