We are looking for a Brand Manager – Brand & Marketing Operations to manage brand consistency and coordinate end-to-end marketing operations. The role involves campaign coordination, approvals, documentation, billing follow-up, MIS, and ensuring timely closure of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing and customer-facing communication.
- Review brochures, advertisements, presentations, digital assets, and other marketing materials for brand compliance.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning and approval through execution and closure.
- Track marketing activities, timelines, approvals, dependencies, and pending actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and channel partners for marketing deliverables.
- Ensure all marketing activities follow the required approval and documentation process.
- Track marketing bills, invoices, submissions, and payment status with Finance/Accounts.
- Maintain marketing trackers, brand asset repositories, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Identify delays, process gaps, and brand deviations and escalate them to the reporting authority.
- Ensure channel-partner marketing communication follows approved brand guidelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Operations, Marketing Coordination, Marketing Communications, or Campaign Management.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, and campaign execution.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work with deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and marketing trackers.
- Real estate experience is not mandatory.
