Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases
- Handle Outbound Calls and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Present and explain SaaS product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions
- Schedule product demos for senior sales or product specialists.
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls, email, and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and pipeline in CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
Required Skills
- 0-1 yrs of experience in telesales / inside sales experience in SaaS or software products
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales over phone
- Comfortable with cold calling and high call volumes
- Good understanding of SaaS business models and subscription selling
- Target-driven and self-motivated
