Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing updates, and inventory tracking.
- Monitor online orders, returns, cancellations, and dispatch coordination.
- Manage seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and Shopify.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Optimize product content and listings for improved online visibility and sales.
- Track sales performance, stock reports, and marketplace analytics.
- Support online promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive offers.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS reports for management review.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of e-commerce operations and online marketplaces.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales processes.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Shopify and seller panel operations preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
- Experience in textile, garment, or apparel industry preferred.
- Freshers with strong e-commerce knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
