We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting business growth. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who have strong English communication skills and are interested in building a career in sales and business development.
Training will be provided to help candidates develop the skills required to succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify new leads for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products or services.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Conduct basic market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation and business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.
