Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage Bank Change Requests & EFT Enrollment with insurance payers to ensure payments are routed to the correct bank account.
✅ Perform EOB to 835 File Conversion accurately and efficiently.
✅ Coordinate with insurance payers, clearinghouses, and internal teams regarding payment enrollment and remittance processing.
✅ Review payment posting files and resolve discrepancies.
✅ Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending payer requests.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of Medical Billing experience
* Hands-on experience with EFT enrollment and bank change processes
* Knowledge of EOB and 835 electronic remittance files
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with U.S. healthcare billing processes preferred
