Job Summary
We are hiring Tele-Verification Executives for one of our reputed clients in the insurance/verification domain. The role involves digital verification of client/insured information, report preparation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tele/digital verification of clients/insured individuals.
- Interact with customers professionally in English and Hindi.
- Verify and validate information as per company processes.
- Prepare verification reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Upload reports on the portal after quality checks by the Team Leader/Manager.
- Maintain proper records and ensure process compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Preferably in Bio-Science)
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, OR Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to handle tele-verification processes professionally
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
