Role Description
- We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Supervisor for a full-time position based in
Hyderabad.
- The On-Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction and interior design
sites, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to design
specifications.
- Responsibilities include managing workforce activities, supervising progress, coordinating
with vendors and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring adherence
to quality and safety standards.
- The Site-supervisor will act as a liaison between the project management team and on-site labor.
Job Specifications:
An Ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and work scheduling
- Knowledge of construction and interior design processes, materials, and procedures
- Ability to read drawings and manage contractors/vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and Sara Interiors, ensuring
smooth communication and coordination throughout the project.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills (English, Hindi & regional language)
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and compliance requirements
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle site-related challenges effectively
- Proficiency in project documentation and reporting
- Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors seamlessly
- Bachelor’s degree (BTech)/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the interior design or construction industry is highly preferred.
