Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented MBA graduates to join our team as Business Development Trainees. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, client engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training and exposure to business development activities, customer interactions, and market expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and present company products/services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales team members.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
- Prepare sales reports and business development updates.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
