Job Brief
We are looking for a detail-focused ETL Tester to join an exciting data project in the financial services domain.
In this role, you will test ETL processes and data pipelines. You will make sure data moves correctly from one system to another. Your work will help ensure that business teams receive clean, accurate, and reliable data.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with developers and data engineering teams
- Understand ETL processes and data flows
- Review data models, data mapping documents, and architecture documents
- Create and execute SIT test plans and test cases
- Test ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Run database queries to validate data results
- Compare results with expected outputs
- Identify issues and analyze root causes
- Log defects in HP Quality Centre / ALM or defect tracking tools
- Work with development teams to resolve defects
- Maintain clear testing documentation and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- Experience in ETL Testing or Data Testing
- Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
- Experience creating test plans and test cases
- Good understanding of ETL processes and data validation
- Experience with HP Quality Centre / ALM or similar defect management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work closely with business analysts and developers
