Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in high-ticket sales closing within the Software or Education (EdTech) industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent consultative selling skills, the ability to convert qualified leads into customers, and experience managing a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by closing high-value software or educational program sales.
- Handle qualified leads through phone calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software or educational solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
- Negotiate pricing and successfully close high-value deals.
