- Ensure smooth functioning of:
- Fine Dining Restaurant
- Casual Dining Outlet
- Rooftop Restaurant
- Maintain service quality as per brand standards
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance
Guest Experience & Service
- Deliver exceptional guest service and dining experiences
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Build strong guest relationships and ensure repeat clientele
Team Management
- Supervise restaurant staff including captains, stewards, and support teams
- Conduct staff training on:
- Service standards
- Grooming
- Guest interaction
- Upselling techniques
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower effectively
Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive restaurant sales and revenue growth
- Promote:
- Special menus
- Events
- Corporate dining
- Group bookings
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotions
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor inventory levels and stock management
- Control wastage and operational costs
- Coordinate with kitchen and purchase departments
Event & Banquet Coordination
- Support execution of:
- Corporate events
- Group dining
- Private celebrations
- Rooftop events
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments
Pay: ₹14,500.94 - ₹35,395.68 per month
