Key Responsibility
1. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation
- Walk-in Management:Showroom mein aane wale customers ka swagat karna aur unki zaroorat (budget, mileage, power) ko samajhna.
- Lead Follow-up:Phone calls, emails, ya social media se aaye leads ka follow-up lena taaki wo showroom visit karein.
- Outdoor Activities:Local areas mein stalls lagana ya roadshows mein hissa lena taaki naye customers mil sakein.
2. Product Demonstration (The Pitch)
- Product Knowledge:Har bike ke features, engine specs, mileage, aur competitors ke muqable uske fayde batana.
- Test Rides:Customers ko test ride ke liye le jana aur ride ke dauran bike ki performance explain karna.
- Comparison:Dusre brands ki bikes se apni bike ka behtar comparison dikhana.
3. Sales Process & Documentation
- Booking & Billing:Bike ki booking process handle karna aur saari paperwork (ID proof, address proof) check karna.
- Finance & Insurance:Customers ko loan schemes, EMI options, aur insurance policies ke baare mein detail mein samjhana.
- RTO Process:Registration aur number plate se jude documents ko sahi se manage karna.
4. Delivery & Post-Sales
- Vehicle Delivery:Bike delivery ke waqt customer ko features samjhana, toolkit/manual dena, aur "Happy Delivery" experience dena.
- Service Briefing:Customer ko pehli service aur maintenance schedule ke baare mein guide karna.
- Feedback:Delivery ke baad customer se feedback

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
