About MSR Sports Arena
MSR Sports Arena is a growing multi-sports facility located in Kolapakkam, Chennai, offering football and cricket facilities. We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-friendly individual to manage the daily operations of the arena and ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Manage and confirm bookings using our booking system.
- Welcome customers and assist them upon arrival.
- Open and close the sports arena as per operating hours.
- Coordinate bookings and ensure games start and end on time.
- Maintain daily booking records.
- Record cash and online payments accurately.
- Handle basic daily administrative work.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the reception and surrounding areas are organized.
- Coordinate with the management regarding daily operations and any customer issues.
- Assist customers with any queries during their visit.
Requirements
- No specific educational qualification required.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones and computers.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage but not mandatory).
- Responsible, punctual, honest, and well-organized.
- Friendly attitude and willingness to interact with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or operations is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours
Shift timings will be discussed during the interview based on operational requirements.
Typical shifts include:
Morning Shift
- Approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Evening Shift
- Weekdays: Approximately 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekends: Approximately 5:00 PM – Closing (depending on bookings)
A weekly day off will be provided on a weekday, based on the work schedule.
Salary & Benefits
