Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
· Serve as the hospital's primary representative for public relations and external affairs.
· Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, healthcare regulators, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, media, community organizations, and referral networks.
Administration & Operations
· Ensure efficient day-to-day operations through effective policies, SOPs, performance monitoring, vendor management, and process improvements.
· Coordinate seamlessly with medical, nursing, and support departments to maintain high service standards.
Experience
· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Public Relations.
· Certifications in Hospital Administration, NABH/JCI, Healthcare Quality, Leadership, Certifications and compliances or Public Relations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,901.31 - ₹57,481.24 per month
