Job Description
. Handling operations on day to day basis.
. Cash Management: includes issuing of daily floats, handling cinema imprest, shift banking, shortage control etc.
. Check for staff grooming, discipline.
. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements in connection with Cinemas.
. Display & Commercial compliances, to be ensured during QSC (Quality Standards Checklist)
. Oversees the services of Cinema from box-office to concessions and cleaning, to ensure highest standards and quality services at all times.
. Conducts operation training to ESPs & Duty Officers (under the guidance of Cinema Head) to enhance job performance and productivity.
. Coaching and initiate disciplinary action (if necessary) to ensure complete adherence of operation SOPS.
. Must work towards making the PVR a successful brand and in all ways to act honestly, diligently, justly and truthfully.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
