Job Description: Behavior / ABA Therapist – CureAble Position Overview
We are looking for a patient and dedicated Behavior Therapist (or ABA Therapist) to join our team at CureAble across multiple centers. In this role, you will work directly with children who are slow learners, have developmental delays, or face behavioral challenges (such as Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD).
Your main goal will be to use positive reinforcement techniques to help children learn new social, communication, and daily living skills while safely reducing challenging behaviors. You will work closely alongside our Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Special Educators to provide holistic care.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Help children handle meltdowns, frustration, or low focus by teaching them calmer ways to express themselves.
- Work closely with CureAble's Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists so every child gets complete, coordinated care.
- Use positive behavior methods (like ABA) to teach children communication, social, and daily life skills.
- Teach parents simple, easy ways to practice the same positive behavior habits with their child at home.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
