Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in lead generation, CRM platforms, and SaaS product sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of identifying business opportunities, and skilled in managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Identify and engage potential clients for CRM and SaaS-based solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product demos and coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and follow-up schedules.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion strategies.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of CRM platforms and SaaS products.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales preferred.
- Ability to handle negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales is an advantage.
