Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, your day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. You will manage and support various systems and software products, working across multiple platforms within established operational frameworks. Your responsibilities include addressing hardware and software issues, implementing technology solutions at the operating system level, and providing troubleshooting support ranging from basic to intermediate complexity. This role requires balancing remote and onsite tasks to ensure smooth functioning of configured services and infrastructure components.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Document and maintain records of support activities and system configurations.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of server and network hardware components and their configurations.
- Experience in troubleshooting operating system-level issues across various platforms.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes within IT operations.
- Ability to work with multiple software vendors and technology brands to resolve technical challenges.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and end-users.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
