Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can plan, design, and execute interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client requirements. The candidate will collaborate with architects, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth design execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities1. Design Planning
- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare layout plans, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Suggest materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
2. Drawing & Visualization
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D designs using design software.
- Create floor plans, working drawings, and interior layouts.
- Revise designs based on client feedback.
3. Client Coordination
- Understand client needs and preferences.
- Present design ideas and explain concepts clearly.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
4. Site Coordination
- Visit project sites to ensure design execution as per plan.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, and vendors.
- Monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
5. Material Selection
- Select suitable materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials.
- Ensure materials match the approved design and quality.
6. Project Documentation
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Prepare design specifications and BOQ when required.
