Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team. The candidate should have experience in EdTech or any inside sales profile and must be confident in handling student counselling, follow-ups, and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Maintain daily follow-up records and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets
- Build good relationships with students and parents
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in EdTech or Inside Sales
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
- Graduation preferred
