Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Interior Draughtsman with experience in real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and supporting execution teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed structural and interior drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop working drawings, layouts, and BOQs
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and site engineers
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Provide design support during project execution
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software
- Strong knowledge of structural and interior detailing
- Understanding of construction methods and materials
- Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects
- Exposure to luxury interior projects
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
