Job Description
Orion Construction is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in construction projects and be capable of managing site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and project documentation.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper resource management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai.
