We are seeking an experienced and passionate MPTTC Faculty / Trainer to deliver engaging online training for our MPTTC program.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live, interactive online classes for MPTTC students.
- Teach the curriculum using practical examples, activities, case studies, and real-world scenarios.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and assignment support to students.
- Assess student performance through assignments, activities, quizzes, and evaluations.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Encourage active participation and maintain a positive virtual learning environment.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining high teaching standards.
- Guide students in developing effective teaching and classroom-management skills.
Mandatory Qualification
- MPTTC / Montessori Teacher Training qualification or equivalent.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Montessori teaching / preschool education / early childhood education / teacher training or academic training.
- Prior experience as a faculty member, trainer, or online instructor will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Montessori education, early childhood development, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage learners effectively.
- Good knowledge of classroom activities, child psychology, and lesson planning.
- Experience using online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
- Professional, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality education.
Work Schedule
- Remote / Work from Home
- Evening classes
- Approximately 5–6 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on batch timings
Compensation
₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
