1. Customer Care Representative Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp.
- Provide information about Ayurvedic products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order processing.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer support will be preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Salary: 10k to 15k per month.
2. Ayurvedic Doctor Responsibilities:
- Provide Ayurvedic consultations to patients.
- Recommend suitable Ayurvedic medicines and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain medical records.
- Educate patients about lifestyle, diet, and wellness practices.
- Support product development and health awareness initiatives.
Requirements:
- BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant Ayurvedic medical council.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment.
- Good communication and patient counseling skills.
- Experience in Ayurvedic practice will be preferred.
- Handling CSR teams and Online Consultation.
