Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience, and solid experience in PHP and NodeJS. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end development experience, including architecture, development, testing, and production deployment of scalable applications.
This is a coding-intensive role requiring someone who actively contributes to development and can take ownership of production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using PHP, and NodeJS
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Develop frontend integrations using AJAX
- Design, optimize, and manage SQL databases
- Implement and optimize search capabilities using Elasticsearch
- Integrate caching mechanisms using Redis for performance improvement
- Handle complete development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Strong experience with PHP and NodeJS
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js
- Deep understanding of SQL (complex queries, indexing, optimization)
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Experience with Redis caching
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Experience building and deploying applications to production environments
- Strong API development experience
- Version control using Git
- Demonstrates an AI-first engineering mindset by effectively using Claude Code and other modern AI development tools to improve development speed, code quality, and overall productivity while maintaining full ownership of the final implementation.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant development experience
- Strong hands-on coding experience (not managerial)
- Proven experience in end-to-end product development and production deployment
- Ability to design scalable systems
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Good to Have
- Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- CI/CD and DevOps exposure
- Docker / containerization experience
- Experience working on SaaS or high-scale platforms
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
