Experienced Required:
Must Have
o Worked in Taxation Domain
o 1 Year Experience of Tax Return Filing
Desired to have
o Working knowledge of Tax Software
o Call Center Experience
Specific Skills:
Must Have
o Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax (Income Tax & TDS/ GST)
o Excellent in Verbal and Writing Communication
Desire to Have
o Technical Knowledge beginner

Customers in their queries pertaining to Tax filing or software technical problem. Under this,
