We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Director. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or redirect as appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and MIS reports.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Track project timelines and follow up on pending tasks.
- Organize company events, board meetings, and business visits.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and business communications.
- Monitor expenses and support in budget tracking if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
