Job Description:
- Identify and generate leads from industrial clients
- Develop new business opportunities through field visits, references, and networking
- Explain solar models including Captive, Group Captive, and Zero Upfront solutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Conduct site visits and client presentations
- Convert leads into confirmed projects and achieve sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements
- Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and documentation
- Submit Daily Work Reports (DWR) and monthly sales updates
- Share market feedback and competitor insights with management
