Telecaller – Real Estate Industry
Job Location: Pune

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA (Depending on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
- Explain project details, including location, pricing, amenities, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or a similar role.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Marathi, Hindi, and English communication skills preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
