Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Support HR team in onboarding new employees and interns
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities
- Help prepare HR reports and documentation
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Human Resource management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Educational Qualification:
- Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / Human Resource Management or related degree
