DESIGNATION Business Development Manager – Sales & Marketing
REPORTING TO Regional Sales Manager – Sales & Marketing
KEY RESPONSIBILIT IES
Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT equipment rental market
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders with matured approach towards Account Management
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, relevant developments and awareness towards competitor activities
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals independently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track and report on sales performance metrics covering various dimensions
QUALIFICATION
Any Graduate, MBA in Marketing (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Hardware and Solutioning -System Integration
Strong understanding of the IT equipment market and preferably on rental solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation s kills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results driven with a proactive and aggressive approach to sales
Willingness to travel as needed
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
IT hardware knowledge preferred
MIN EXP 5-10 Years B2B
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
