Purpose of the Role
The Facilitator is responsible for creating an engaging, inclusive, and inquiry-driven classroom that promotes holistic development through the Cambridge curriculum. The facilitator plans meaningful learning experiences, differentiates instruction to meet individual learner needs, and works collaboratively with parents and colleagues to ensure every learner thrives academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
The facilitator will:
- Deliver the Cambridge curriculum through learner-centred, inquiry-based teaching practices.
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences in Early Years and concept-based learning in Cambridge Primary.
- Foster communication, creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Build a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment.
- Integrate real-life experiences and experiential learning into classroom teaching.
- Encourage learner voice, choice, and ownership of learning.
Cambridge Expectations
- Implement the Cambridge Curriculum Framework.
- Develop conceptual understanding instead of rote memorization.
- Promote active participation and independent learning.
- Use questioning strategies and formative assessment to deepen understanding.
- Maintain high expectations for all learners.
Classroom Environment
Cambridge Early Years
Facilitators will design rich learning spaces through:

Cambridge Primary
Facilitators will maintain:
- Interactive classrooms.

Assessment Responsibilities
Facilitators will use assessment for learning and of learning.

- Cambridge-style rubrics.

Differentiated Learning
The facilitator will:
- Identify different learner needs.

- Offer scaffolded instruction.
- Collaborate with Additional Learning Support (ALS) when required.
- Maintain inclusive classroom practices.

The facilitator is expected to:
- Attend FMCIA INSET Programme.
- Participate in Professional Development (PD) sessions.
- Complete Cambridge training modules.
- Attend curriculum workshops.
- Observe peer teaching.
- Participate in lesson study and reflective practice.
- Engage in continuous professional learning.
Qualifications- Essential Qualification,
Cambridge Early Years Facilitator
- Bachelor's Degree.
- B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training / Montessori / ECCEd (preferred).
Cambridge Primary Facilitator
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject.
- B.Ed. (Primary Facilitators).
Preferred Qualification
- Cambridge Professional Development Certification.
- Experience with Cambridge Curriculum.
- International School teaching experience.
- Knowledge of inquiry-based pedagogy.
Experience
Early Years Facilitator, Minimum 2 years in Preschool / Cambridge Early Years / International School.
CPP Facilitator, Minimum 2–3 years teaching Cambridge Primary / International Curriculum.
Freshers with excellent communication and strong learner-centred teaching skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
