B2B Marketing Manager
Location: Calicut (Kozhikode)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to drive business growth by building strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, educational institutions, and other strategic partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, and business development skills with experience in B2B marketing and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to generate quality business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and institutional partners.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to increase brand visibility and revenue.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, seminars, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to achieve business targets.
- Plan and execute institutional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and business collaborations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, or Institutional Sales.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and marketing activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
