Dextrasys is seeking Business Development Associates to get & keep new customers and ✨ identify and evaluate growth opportunities. The world offers infinite possibilities to grow. Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential business opportunities and leads within target markets.
Assist in reaching out to prospective clients and partners through calls, emails, and networking events.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Help in preparing and presenting proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Work with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and enhance business development efforts.
Track and report on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to ensure alignment with goals.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve business development strategies.

Soft Skill

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic understanding of business development principles and strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
