We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Parking Attendant to manage vehicle parking operations, assist visitors, and ensure smooth traffic flow within the mall/cinema premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers to available parking spaces.
- Ensure smooth entry and exit of vehicles.
- Monitor parking areas and maintain vehicle movement discipline.
- Assist customers with parking-related queries and directions.
- Coordinate with security and operations teams during peak hours.
- Report any accidents, damages, or suspicious activities immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of parking areas.
- Manage traffic flow during movie show timings, weekends, and special events.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
