Role Overview
The BCA Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, managing academic operations for the BCA program, ensuring smooth scheduling, conducting internal assessments, and supporting administrative tasks. The faculty must have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and good networking with other BCA faculty members.

Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Mentoring
- Deliver lectures for the following subjects:
- C Programming
- C++
- Java
- Computer Fundamentals
- FoxPro
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical lab sessions.
- Mentor students academically and guide them in projects and assignments.
- Ensure completion of syllabus as per academic calendar.

2. Academic Coordination
- Manage class timetables, faculty schedules, and ensure smooth conduct of daily classes.
- Coordinate with other faculty members regarding lecture distribution and class adjustments.
- Maintain attendance records and ensure timely reporting.

3. Internal Examination Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality question papers for internal exams.
- Conduct exams, evaluate answer sheets, and publish timely results.
- Maintain transparency and integrity in the evaluation process.
- Help in preparing question banks and assessment templates.

4. Networking & Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong networking with BCA faculties across institutions.
- Participate in faculty meets, workshops, and academic forums.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing and collaborative academic initiatives.

5. Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative work related to academics.
- Participate in admission activities, student orientation, events, and academic committees.
- Contribute to departmental reports, NAAC documentation, and accreditation-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with university/AICTE guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over C, C++, Java, Computer Fundamentals, and FoxPro.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare quality question papers and evaluate exams fairly.
- Good administrative and coordination abilities.
- Strong networking and collaboration skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using ERP, LMS, and digital tools.

Experience
- Minimum 10-15 years of academic experience preferred
- Experience in managing class schedules and internal exams is an added advantage.
