Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee - Quality

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Electronics, or relevant
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic GETs to join our Quality team. This is a learning role with hands-on exposure to manufacturing & quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in incoming, in-process & final inspections as per QC plan
2. Learn and use basic measuring instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, CMM basics
3. Support documentation: FAI, inspection reports, non-conformance reports
4. Understand and apply 7 QC tools, 5S, basic GD&T concepts
5. Work with Production & Quality team on defect analysis and CAPA
6. Participate in internal audits and ISO/IATF system training
Skills & Attitude:
1. Strong analytical + attention to detail
2. Willing to learn shopfloor processes
3. Basic MS Office knowledge
4. Good communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
