We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Perform basic data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency Maintain and organize files and records (both physical and digital) Handle email communication and respond to queries professionally Prepare quotations as per requirements Assist in day-to-day administrative and office tasks Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Required Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office tools Basic computer skills Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills
