As a Sunweb Winter Guide, you'll be the face of Sunweb at one of our winter destinations, ensuring our guests enjoy a worry-free and memorable holiday from arrival to departure. From families and couples to groups of friends, you'll work with a wide variety of guests throughout the season, making sure no two days are ever the same.

Your role
As a Sunweb Winter Guide, you are the ultimate host. You warmly welcome guests, provide destination information, support them during their holiday, and help create the best possible holiday experience. Whether you're organizing excursions, assisting guests with questions, solving unexpected challenges, or sharing your local knowledge, you're always ready to go the extra mile. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job. It's dynamic, social, exciting, and sometimes demanding—but above all, incredibly rewarding. Together with your destination team, you'll help create unforgettable winter holidays for our guests.
Your responsibilities include:

Delivering an exceptional guest experience by welcoming and supporting guests throughout their holiday, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing professional assistance during both routine and unexpected situations.

Creating unforgettable holiday experiences by promoting, organizing, and coordinating excursions, activities, and events while building strong relationships with local suppliers, accommodations, and partners.

Ensuring smooth destination operations by managing bookings, guest registrations, excursion sales, administrative processes, and keeping all relevant systems and tools up to date (including Freshworks, SharePoint, and Destination Tool).

Providing onsite and digital support through regular guest contact in resorts, digital communication channels, and by following Sunweb Emergency Protocols when assistance is required during emergencies or irregular situations.

Location & Language Requirements
Our guides are placed across destinations in France, Austria, and Italy. Requirements may vary depending on the destination.

For most French destinations, we are looking for guides who speak English, Dutch and/or French.
- For Austrian destinations, we are looking for guides who speak English, Dutch and preferably German.
- Additional language skills are always a plus.
Season dates and placements vary by destination. During the application process, you'll be able to indicate your availability, language skills, and preferred destinations. We'll work together to find the best match.
Selection Process & Talent Days
Applications for the Winter Season 2026/2027 are now open. Candidates who match our profile may be invited to one of our Talent Days, taking place between August and October 2026. During these events, you'll meet our team, learn more about life as a Winter Guide, and participate in the first stage of the selection process.
