Job Description: Skills and abilities:

Must be CPC/CRC/CCS certified with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in HCC Risk Adjustment coding.
Must have thorough knowledge in ICD 9 & ICD 10 Coding
Should have sound experience in Risk adjustment coding (Prospective/Concurrent/Retrospective)
Must be good with MS Office, especially Excel and PPT.
Must be flexible with shift timing and willing to provide additional support based on process requirement.
Must have Strong Communication Skills.
Active CPC/CCS/CRC Coding license without apprentice.

Responsibilities: Thorough clinical knowledge on Chronic conditions, comprehending the medical record, signs/symptoms, and strong understanding of the MEAT/TAMPER concept.
Should have experience in Risk adjustment coding (Prospective/Concurrent/Retrospective)
Strong personal and professional ethics
Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders
Maintenance and updating reports as required
Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets
Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required
Work independently and as a team
Liaison with the program/project manager as required
Good team player & collaborative in approach
Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company
Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs
