Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store In-charge to manage inventory, material handling, stock control, and ERP operations for our real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory management systems, and store operations to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily receipt, issuance, and recording of materials through ERP software (Highrise).
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure real-time inventory updates.
- Conduct daily stock verification and monitor material availability.
- Perform weekly physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track material wastage and maintain proper documentation with photographs.
- Issue materials according to approved project plans and ERP-generated indents.
- Generate material indents based on project requirements and available physical stock.
- Coordinate with the purchase department regarding defective, damaged, or non-conforming materials.
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of Mivan materials and other construction inventory.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials within the store.
- Prepare inventory reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, delays, and excess inventory.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Highrise ERP.
- Understanding of construction and real estate materials.
- Knowledge of stock auditing, material reconciliation, and warehouse management.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Store In-charge, Store Executive, Inventory Controller, or Store Manager in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Experience handling Mivan construction materials will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
