Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence, with a primary focus on Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, order processing, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's Myntra Seller Account on a day-to-day basis.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Coordinate product catalog uploads and ensure accurate product information.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stock-outs.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers on Myntra.
- Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, ratings, and account health.
- Resolve listing issues, payment discrepancies, and seller support queries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for banners, creatives, and promotional content.
- Ensure compliance with Myntra marketplace policies and guidelines.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience managing Myntra Seller Central.
- Good understanding of product catalog management and listing optimization.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management.
- Experience handling Myntra is mandatory.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, Meesho, or other marketplaces will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional tools.
- Experience in the Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, or Retail industry.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales strategies.
Salary
As per company standards / Based on experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
