Megha & Omega Group of Institutions is seeking qualified and passionate B.Tech / M.Tech graduates in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to guide engineering students in academic and practical learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for B.Tech students as per the academic curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
- Guide students in projects, seminars, and laboratory work.
- Support students in improving their technical and analytical skills.
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental activities.
- Conduct internal assessments, evaluations, and maintain academic records.
- Encourage students to participate in technical events, workshops, and research activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE / EEE / ECE from a recognized university.
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
