Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Property Consultant who will be responsible for handling property sales, client interactions, and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through CRM, calls, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into sales
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate market preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in real estate / sales will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Lucknow property market is a plus
- Self-motivated and result-oriented personality
