About the Role
We are seeking a creative and passionate Photographer & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content for our retail business, Radha Stores, as well as accompanying the management on business and personal travel to document events, visits, and lifestyle content. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, flexibility to travel, and a strong eye for visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1.Capture high-quality photographs and videos for products, campaigns, store activities, events, and promotional content.
2.Travel with the management whenever required to document business visits, events, and travel experiences.
3.Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
4.Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including lighting, framing, composition, and camera setup.
5.Edit and deliver professional-quality photographs and videos within agreed timelines.
6.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute content strategies.
7.Maintain and organize digital media files, ensuring proper storage and backup.
8.Handle camera equipment and accessories responsibly and ensure they are well maintained.
9.Stay updated with current photography, videography, and social media content trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Photography, Mass Communication, Visual Media, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in photography and videography.
Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, composition, and storytelling.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Knowledge of content creation for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
1.Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or brand content creation.
